I'm assuming Heim sounds indignant because he's being used as an alibi by a killer, but I kind of like to think he's just offended at the suggestion that he had a bad windshield. I'm not sure this guy was mentally fit to stand trial. He doesn't seem to understand what's going on.

I watched this trial and the SADDEST part is their/her kids and HER side of the family refused to believe he was guilty! She had NO ONE on her side except some co-workers. He is a wife beater (for MANY YEARS) and a cold blooded MURDERER!

I just don't understand why Americans, especially Republican states, don't have ads in their courtrooms. It's the sort of thing Americans are known for. Why waste such a great opportunity and especially just before the jury pronounces their verdict.

Unfortunately this happens all the time so many women are killed by intimate partners in a domestic violence situation. They actually teach you in domestic violence counselling that perpetrators who strangle their victims are 7 times more likely to kill them and it seems like that's what happened in this case
