  1. I hate to say this but there’s some jobs meant for men, or not even men but anyone with a background in mechanics the PTO was shorting out I could’ve told you that and fixed it on spot checking the contacts saving all the drama but the customer was absolutely right first thing when you warm up your truck and do your 360 inspection it should’ve been identified. Completely unprofessional I don’t know how this company is even around. Thank god for insurance, I guess.

  2. What bad operators not knowing their equipment wasn't in working order, lucky the states are so laid back, in Canada you would've got written up and probably a ticket

  3. Y’all don’t pretrip before you leave the yard. Bruh

Do people from New York not know to speak on the phone “ this the tow truck we’re outside “
    No apology? Wow

  4. I can understand equipment failure but good customer service would dictate that thes e women would ensure that a new truck was sent, The 718 area code and the accents and attitudes of these drivers tells me all I need to know. N'yawkuhs.

  5. I don't think he was embarrassed I'm thinking more he doesn't want to hurt anyone. Honestly these are prime examples of how to not be a good driver.

  6. They really said call the office why should he ? Y’all came with broke. Equipment these white girls have some nerve the customer was 100% right y’all came with it not working y’all should’ve made the situation right like sorry sir that this happen but we going make it right give me some time going to get another truck like y’all ended up doing anyway !!!!!!! They really have some nerve

  7. Gotta agree with the guy it’s the drivers job to do a pre flight check he definitely knew his stuff he knew about the PTO he must’ve been in the trucking industry before so he was 100% right

  8. That was pretty ridiculous to leave the yard without knowing if your equipment works or not….👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

  9. Since you basically screwed the guy over you could gave him a jump to find out if it in fact was his battery and who knows the battery may have just needed to be charged …now you have an ex customer whom probably will never use your company again…if you care
