Real justice would mean putting some of the responsible parties in jail, getting survivors safe alternative housing, changing reporting and repair of housing structures, zoning changes for areas that could have ocean water wearing away structural integrity for no more than 2 story housing, a fund to increase inspection and correct repair, and funeral costs! I find it not at all surprising the mayor of that city was formerly a developer. Publish the signed receipts for the notice to the condo owners that structural repair to the cost of $15 million were needed immediately!!
