ID is not a restriction. If the law applies to everyone then it does not unfairly restrict "minorities". Minorities are not entitled to preferential treatment at voting. All citizens should present their proof of identity and citizenship at the time of voting. These are common sense issues….

Some countries require paper ballots and ink your finger after you show ID to vote. America is the "beacon of democracy" and let's you vote by mail, not prove who you are, and vote on insecure machines.

If you are really passionate about your right to vote, you can figure this it out. If you cannot? Then you probably need a legal conservator to help you with more than voting. ID is sensible and lacks racial discrimination in its nature. It’s simply a way to identify who you are and confirm that you are a citizen of the country. Not being a citizen means you’re not allowed to be involved in a right reserved for citizens of one state.
