  1. The Republicans and this is my opinion are trying to take our country back to a time of slavery where black people didn't have a choice to vote and then 2021 when President Biden and the vice president is trying desperately with the administration to get us back on the track they keep working against them but they are going to recover and bring this democracy back into play and our constitution because this administration is about taking care of the citizens of the United States and the Republicans better get on board and realize that or they're going to be left behind with all the racism and all the hate society is not going to let them take us back to 1964 the voting Rights act or whatever they cannot take this away from us God bless America and one thing we need to do while I know that God is not going to let it take our country back to a different time because we're going to put God first and that is important

  2. It’s up to the states to determine their voting laws, never give the feds an in. Vote in every local election you can, get the right people in and this will dramatically help. Just voting for your guy or gal in a presidential race hoping you win every four years isn’t going to cut it. Take the school boards, sheriff, mayor, state legislator positions and governor. Poor turnout on these elections is a real problem.

  3. Being required to provide a valid ID was part of the bill they were voting on! Why are people still carrying on like it wasn't? The bill addressed 4 things. 1. Outlawing Gerrymandering of districts to unfairly benefit 1 political party over another in elections. 2. Allowing a 14 day window, including Sundays, with the number of voting stations determined by per capita district populations, all with the same hours in districts for people to place their vote. 3. Making election day a federal holiday so everyone has the opportunity to place their vote. 4. Valid ID being required to register to vote. That's it! Period! Now tell me where in any of those provisions was any attempt by Democrats to steal elections away from Republicans unless Republicans are relying on stealing elections themselves by denying or hornswoggling election wins by gerrymandering?

  4. You hear old fart McConnell accuse the Democrats of the very thing the Republicans ARE guilty of, and WHY this bill is so important in the first place? The Republican party is trying to make sure that even if the Democratic vote is a majority vote, they still wont win!

  5. Democrats are the true white supremacists. How? Because they constantly say minorities can't get ID's, but white people can, so we have to stop requiring ID. Because they say minorities are poor while white people aren't. Because they say minorities need more help doing everything, whereas white people don't. Racism through low expectations. Democrats constantly say minorities need special treatment in an attempt to create equality. Their intentions might be noble, but their actions are more in line with white supremacy. I prefer to think of people as equals.

  6. You’ll republicans are slow. They did this to show republicans are not going to agree on anything. This was not the vote to pass or failed. This was a vote to see if it can move on to the next step. Now Muchin is going to change the rules he see republicans are not willing to bend. In July they going to amend this bill and not let it go filet busters and vote. Guess what it’s going to pass 51-50. Why? You think Stacy and the others agree to the change. They need to show the Democrats who keep siding with republicans. That republicans are not going to change. It’s about power!!! And come 2022 so many republicans will lose their sit and that’s a promise!
