  3. Wow, Very Insightful content However personally I feel,
    those who would allow the market dynamism determine when to trade or not are either new in crypto currency world in general or probably just naive, crypto currencies have seen far worse times than this, enlightened traders continue to make good use of the dip and pump even acquiring more equities towards trading sessions. I know doing Technical Analysis can be quite difficult which is why most newbies/ traders neglect day trading their coins and stick to Hodling which is very dangerous as when the market goes bearish, they loose their investment. I'd strongly advise any newbie/ traders to buy the dip and seek help from not just any trader but an established trading expert with at least 89% trade accuracy.   22. It’s no shock that this got thrown out, the case was clearly an attempt at changing the law without cause.

    If it had the actual penalty however then we’d have a real question which would be interesting

  24. The penalty is the fact that you can't afford to use the insurance. To get a low monthly premium you have a way to high of a deductible. I my case $500.00 a month with a $15.000.00 deductible. WHAT PERSON WHO HAS TO HAVE INSURANCE BECAUSE THEIR EMPLOYER DOESN'T OFFER IT. IS MAKING ENOUGH MONEY TO BE ABLE TO AFFORD A $15.000.00 DEDUCTIBLE. The lower the premium the higher the deductibles and out of pockets. THAT IS THE HARM, THAT IS THE PENALTY, THAT THE SUPREME COURT IS IGNORING.

  26. Our supreme court is bought and owned by the liberal leftist elite. Oh ya the liberal democrats always take credit for things that people can't really afford to use. This so called affordable care act is a joke. Oh you can get an affordable monthly premium. That's the affordable part but the deductibles and out of pockets are so high you can't afford to use it. You may as well not have insurance. That's the part they don't tell you. For me to get a $500.00 a month premium I have a $15.000.00 deductible. So who makes out on this the insurance company's, the hospitals and doctors, the government. It's like when they beat their chest over coming up with cobra insurance. They pass a law that requires employer's to allow you to keep your company insurance for up to a year after you leave. What they don't tell you is you can't get the group premium $500.00 a month. You have to pay the full premium $1.200.00 a month. Again something you can get by law but you can't afford to. Company's jumped on this because they know no one is going to use it. Oh to here them tell it they come up with this crap for our benefit but they didn't say anything about you being able to afford it or use.

  28. Very disappointing. Obamacare is a terribly written piece of legislation that benefits insurance companies instead of consumers. When it was being written back in 2009, Republicans wanted to allow consumers to buy insurance across state lines to make the insurance companies compete for our business, but the Democrats had the majority and they said no, because they had to pay back the insurance companies that contributed millions of $$$ to their campaigns. We need to repeal Obamacare, otherwise we're stuck with it forever. Democrats and Republicans need to be forced to work TOGETHER to give us something better, because the American people deserve better than Obamacare!

  31. About 20 million Americans will be covered , well actually the first time Obamacare was here that’s how many it covered . I bet it only covers 10 million . I’ll explain , America could only afford to cover 20million people under Obama .. we are more in debt now then before , where are we getting this money to cover millions . Notice they say millions and don’t give a actual numbers . This is pointless people and a waste of money and time , it’s just a way to sway votes like always and gain money and power from the left . It’s an act or fraud , cover all Americans and how about don’t make them pay for it also ….. drain the swamp , bam ! Free healthcare and college , all that money wasted on these do nothing fossils

  32. This case never made sense. If a law is constitutional, and an amendment to that law makes it unconstitutional, shouldn’t it be the amendment that gets thrown out and not the original law? If amendments could make the laws they modify unconstitutional in their entirety, it’s basically a way to back door repeal laws via the courts.

  33. I had descent insurance where I worked. I’m not physically able to work anymore and went on disability. I have to file for Medicaid because I don’t have the money for Obama Care to steal.

  38. If you think Obamacare is bad, you're mentally deficient and brainwashed. You can cannot even buy a house let alone rent with a normal full time cashier/fast food service job that only offers part time work to defer from giving benefits. The petty and selfish middleclass workers don't want the lower class to have any assistance for a system they perpetuate by buying cheaper goods overseas and outsources labor at slave wages.
