The court's decisions were based in legal reasoning. Only those who experience a personal injury or loss, negative impact, have a legal right to seek legal remedy, standing to sue. The "Affordable Care Act," ACA, didn't harm anyone. There was no harm; there's no case. Good-faith agreements many have discretionary guidelines, but if the contract didn't stipulate discretion based on religion, the contract remains intact. You can't unilaterally violate a contractual agreement based on issues unrelated to the contract. The city violated a contractual agreement, breach of contract, a separate/distinct from church policy.
Looks like all those judges the GOP crammed into the court didn’t work out.
