We need a wall. I watch NBC and all other news channels and notice this particular station rarely discusses or barely mentions the 12,000 plus migrants recently allowed into this country and how stealthily this administration went about it. And in turn only offering convoluted explanations and roundabout numbers. This is a safety concern for all citizens of the U.S. and the people making the dangerous trek to get here. This is a national security disaster. I am not xenophobic or a nationalist, I am a Mexican-American whose family came from Mexico legally and became citizens following due process. With 45,000 plus (allegedly) set to arrive at our border this month, it is of great importance we address it swiftly and stand our ground. Not to mention that we are still in the middle of a Covid crisis which expects U.S. citizens to strictly adhere to rules and mandates but allows thousands upon thousands of newcomers to integrate without testing or vaccines. Also, the concern of drug smuggling, dangerous criminals/gangs and human trafficking are very legitimate. Biden needs to step up his game as we are becoming the laughing stock on the world stage. I also want to thank all the brave men and women of the armed forces, police departments, border patrol/ICE and the doctors and nurses all around the world. Keep up the good fight.
