    It would be the supreme court's duty to protect freedom of speech and stop facebook, twitter and all main hubs of social gatherings, just like phone carriers and public roads, from censorship and leave any criminal activity to the law. 28. The Republican party needs to develop a Contract with America which among other things Amends the First Amendment to be applicable to businesses. Make the First Amendment freedom of speech apply to businesses.
