  1. republicans what happened to all those immigrants taking all our jobs. they are flooding in and we are having an unemployment problem. republicans thought process makes no fucking sense.

  2. Well well well… At least some corporations are taking the hint. Raise wages and people will WANT to get working again. It just has to be worth their time (and energy). That's how the free market is supposed to work! Businesses compete for labor and for customers. Sadly, it doesn't seem to be enough most of the time. Those greedy b*stards at Walmart should have been offering $15/hour for years now.

  3. Small businesses can blame corporate business. People are aware now of the bull they pull and how they are not for the worker and only the bottom line.
Most of these jobs are the lowest lvl jobs. They want you to have open availability but not give you 40 hrs a week.
    Plus no benefits. No Thanks!

  4. Part of the reason your businesses are struggling to get good people because what they're not telling people is that they're only offering a measly 11 or $10 on a good day maybe 13 and limit you to only three to a Max of 6 hours of work and it's simply not worth it when you have to pay for child care or you're paying to take care of a family member like your mom dad or grandparents that you already was doing before the pandemic. At the end of the day it's not what you do it's how you do it and if you can't do it correctly then it shouldn't be done.👎🏼🤦🏻‍♀️🤬🤷🏼‍♀️😲so while everybody is pressing to get people back to work let's be correct at the same time that you're not paying people what they should be making rightfully so. And then after the pandemic may be over you still don't even want to pay people a decent salary long-term.not everybody wants to work for restaurant many people have degrees may have other skills that is the market may not be open for them let's be clear. 🤔🧐🥴😱👀

  5. These business can't afford to really hire anyone because these business are still paying back-up bills. So when it comes to hiring people back the first month it seem like you getting 40 hours but than next month your hours get lower. Mainly because these business could not afford to take you on to work. But they need you for a short amount time. Then you are back at the unemployment offices. That's the real reason why it's taking so long to hire, because these business have to budget the money in order to pay and keep you longer. The lady in the you-tube video might as well had just said it.

  6. Maybe because people found other ways to make money thru rough times, without a boss and flexibility ,like online jobs.
So now people found ways to make more money or equal money without leaving home, why would they want to go back to that slavery system?
I personally found a way in Ride-sharing after being layed off, and although people can talk bad about it, if you work you make money so I work my own hours, no boss and I'm making about $600 weekly average after expenses ,which is more money than working at a warehouse working more hours and people bossing you around.
And I use all my time off to learn coding because my plan is to go to a coding boot camp and make money in technology since with coding boot camp you can get a better paid job, which I will be enslaved again but much better paid.

So yeah, all those low pay jobs at restaurants they need better incentives because people are doing other things now.
