1. More training isn't going to help rogue cops. The first thing they learn is you are hired to protect the citizens of your jurisdiction to safely protect the people. As a 26 year veteran, you know where your taser is – it's on the left side holster so you would need to know that you have to reach across your body with your right hand. The color of your taser is a different color from your gun & different weight. if she had analized the situation, this young man had a misdemeanor warrant. She knew where he lived & where they could find him. So she didn't have to kill him & she could have went directly to his place of residency & arrest him without murdering him. This young man was killed by a 26 year police officer who knows better, after all, she was training rookies that day. She resigned because she knew she had did wrong & wanted to protect her pension.
