Scott Peterson is a kind of guy who woudnt hurt her wife and unborn child,while Scott is .not really perfect having this odd behaviour not responding to what happens by being calm maybe his behavior is not normal and must be check by behavioral experts despite of his perfect look he was hiding something about his personality that made people think he is a culprit his reaction that is cold but that cannot help because there is something that is not normal in his personality ,actually the missing evidence or something that cant be proven but maybe this Amber is actually secretly happy to what has happens to Scott while shes telling all about thier relationship,some people think that his sentence is turned more about his being a womaniser not a killer? Unlucky though he recieved a death sentence ,wheres the complete set of evidence that link directly to Scott Peterson alleged crime? Many has died being victims of wrong conviction ?

19. Regardless of if you think he did it, the fact that he was found guilty to scare us all. The courts had only circumstantial evidence, yet he was convicted. I’m not saying he wasn’t guilty, but the standard of “guilty beyond a reasonable doubt” was never met. How many people are in prison simply because they appear guilty? That isn’t how things should work?

    Unless someone killed her and then followed Scott to his fishing spot, then dump her body without him knowing. She washed up on shore 4 months later wearing the same clothes she was reported last seen wearing. If you can present proof of that then I'll step back. How far back do you want us to step? Maybe 80 miles?

34. As Scott was going around to his neighbors telling them that he went golfing that day and also first told Ron, Laci’s stepdad, that he also went golfing. I believe he realized at some point that the detectives would have gone to the place he said he was “golfing”… probably knew he needed to not start off with a lie. The only person we know that was in and around the same area where Laci and Connor was found.. was Scott. No one took Laci and framed Scott later when these suppose people found out Scott went “fishing”. Didn’t buy it then and I will never buy it now.

35. I remember hearing that she was missing on the radio. Said he went fishing on Christmas Eve with a pregnant wife at home. Wasn't surprised that he did it. There is no way a wife would be ok with him fishing on Christmas Eve. Maybe if they were married 15 years and it was child number five. But not a young couple. He should have worked it out. That baby would be grown now and graduating. Whatever scared Scott that much wasn't worth it.
