Here in Canada, truck drivers earn $18 to $20 per hour, and they have to invest $12,000 into training over a 4 month period to get their AZ licence. meanwhile, Amazon is paying the warehouse workers $24/hr to load/unload those trucks, and the training is free. A lot of AZ drivers have stopped driving to work in the warehouses instead.
