The stuff that US cops pull people over…..just DON'T happen in the UK! As long as a minor thing doesn't cause an unsafe traffic problem… ….you're just not STOPPED!!! 😡🇬🇧
If the city provide another agency to protect citizens and call the agency as "Public protection agency". Which I believe tax payers will be absolutely willing to spend their money to pay salaries with this agency. As of now we call Police as a PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT but the action shown by police officers does not consistence with the behavior indicated by the department officers. And that is why city need to form another agency to monitor citizen safety around the city. In the middle of these two law enforcement department, the court will be consider every matters brought up by both agencies reports. This is the best solution to reduce discrimination of police officers in big cities or big countries. In Parliament system we had two side, Opposition side and Democrat side to argue for the good will and sweet fruits provided for all citizens.
This will definitely stop unnecessary deaths from trafficking stops.

That's the problem cops wonder why they keep getting blasted while when you pull somebody over in there trying to comply and you want to be a douchebag and say get the f*** out of the car what do you expects going to happen…
its not rocket science…. if pearson dont stop or comply with civilian trafic agent send ticket to licence plate owner… then let them deal with that in court… but knowing that if you have something ilegal in car and you know you only geting a ticket for trafic vialation will take the edge off and pressure from people
Maybe I am late to the party, but it seems that these don't get violent if people follow directions. There are 2 examples from two years, and at 18M traffic stops per year, from the videos we have 2/36,000,000. Why must the 18M traffic stops end?
The big picture is this, don't stop people for victimless traffic stops. A license plate lights out isn't going to cause an accident etc. Reckless driving, dwi, thats what causes accidents.

Ok so traffic stops lead to drivers having illegal drugs or a gun. Or suspended license. Sometimes a traffic stop to lead to a person with drugs or guns. Don't want to go to jail drive with a valid and good working car and don't speed.
The military dude in the SUV drove 2 miles after the lights came on and then failed to get out of the SUV after being instructed to exit the vehicle over 35 Times… … Thats why he was pepper sprayed him, biased media.
I just don't get it. If you think your constitutional rights are violated, you file a complaint, not make a cop shoot you. All of these people caused there own death and no one is say to stop getting yourself killed. That is the lesson. It's not about your rights, it's about your life. Rights are not won by a stand off against a gun stupid.

When a traffic stop ends in a "death sentence" for a black person, or anybody, it's because of the actions of that person. They are to blame, not police.
It's scary no cops but it's also scary getting pulled over for a simple traffic violation and being killed for it
All laws must be enforced fairly and impartially, including traffic violations. No exceptions can be allowed. Any exceptions will lead to anarchy. Human beings must enforce laws with human beings.

LE don't want to change because it's a cash cow for city and county's. Fines for all moving violation within some city tack on 10% for all moving violations,That pay's wages for the police departments. CASH COW!
