  1. The other hindrance to solar power is that since landlords don't pay the utility bills for most rental properties, they have no incentive to install solar panels and renters can't install them on a property they don't own.

  2. There are several other reasons people do not invest in solar. We are house hunting now and the ability to install solar is a deal breaker. We are finding that only a small percentage of houses are actually suitable for solar.
Many home owners associations do not allow panels on the street side of the house, so if the street side faces south, your screwed.
Many times there are tall trees on a neighboring property that would shade the panels.
Some houses have very complicated roof designs with no proper space for panels. And many houses just face the wrong way.
Of the property listings we see, I'd say maybe only 10-15% are suitable.
There is probably very little one can do legally about trees on someone else's property or bad roof designs, but it needs to be put into federal law that a HOA can not prevent you from installing solar panels on whichever roof surface will give the best output.

  3. Congratulations to the Biden/Harris team for rejoining the Paris accord. When was America great?

Start filming Fire Karens and there will be Less Fires.
Offer Payment initiatives for Dobbing in Arsonists !

Lu sè Changcheng (Great green wall) can be seen from space. The US gender reveal party fires were seen from space.

China reduced desertification by 2000sqkm per year and planted 30 million hectares of new forest in the last 5 years.

  4. The US and China can work together on shared challenges like global health security and climate change. J.Biden.

Biden's Climate change policy stops keystone pipes running across Native Indian land.

Unless you're Native American, you came from someplace else. B. Obama. When was America great?

Run the pipes across Mar-a-Lago and Ivanka's new property. Frack off Traitor Trump !

  5. At 4:18, Saying that you'll still have electricity as backup when the power goes out is completely false. Grid-tie solar panel will turn off when the power goes out, leaving you a blackout.

  6. Up the subsidies and government discounts. Big fossil fuel bogus propaganda is rampant. Mostly Republicans and some Democrats, get money from fossil fuel.

  7. TThe CCP is a country that doesn't care about credibility. Sun Tzu's tricks of surrendering in the Art of War are the best to see. By pretending to surrender, you can gain the trust of the other party. If the other party suspects it, you can swear, sign an agreement, or even kill your own relatives to gain trust. When the other party no longer suspects vigilance, infiltrate and lure step by step, and then launch a surprise attack . At present, the CCP is in various countries in the world, through economic means, beauty and temptation, etc., to corrupt the governments of the world, leading to opposition between the people, and secretly seizing all kinds of technical information in order to intimidate and control other countries.

  8. Remember that the deep dive in solar installation costs is driven by China stealing away the panel production market from the US with deep discounts, driving US makers out of the market. Our desire to go green may leave us beholden to… guess who. Neither solar nor wind production will solve our energy demand
until there is a way to store massive amounts of power which can be converted to electricity
on-demand. And I mean massive — like gigawatt days or even weeks worth. That is, the solar and wind generators could be turned off, like they were in Texas, and there is stored energy
to run a region for at least a week. Think of the logistics to that one.
