Nobody in the military has sworn an oath to protect the US from all enemies, foreign and domestic. We swore an oath to protect our Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. Without that inspired document we are nothing. Anyone who constantly attacks the 1st and/or 2nd Amendments are attacking that Constitution. Those two amendments were put there as protection for the rest of the Constitution.
