They have killed our leaders and our brave country men and women whom have fought to free our Island. Bombed our Island during peaceful protest for freedom killing Men, Women and Children…then they Celebrate America's freedom and other countries. HYPOCRITES.

Problem is that Puerto Rico is in so much debt that it would fail as an independent country. If it is absorbed as a state the debt is absorbed by the federal government.
