In KY you have to scan your DL or ID. That's the way it should be.

SIMPLE SOLUTION.
Plain and simple, if you have to have id to pick up concert tickets, you need an id to vote. Stop the b.s.. Your news station should be reporting the news.

Voter IDs helps to eliminate voter fraud. This will allow US Citizens to regain trust in the government.
Get on a bus ,Bike , Walk, Uber, Hitch hike, Go to the DMV…. Bring 2 or 3 forms of ( Mail, birth certificate , bills, anything with a name or currant address) and get your ID. All Americans need ID for almost everything . If you are responsible American citizen you should have no issues getting an ID. If all records are lost there are programs to help
This voter ID for vote by mail might not have the effect the republicans are wishing for. Who is least likely to have easy access to a photocopy shop or a scanner/printer? The answer is poor, rural, elderly folks – rural and elderly is the biggest republican voting bloc…………..
Why can't the federal government provide voter ID for free and automatically register us all? That way, everyone can have a voter ID as well

From Canada: why wouldnt you need to show ID. Not having ID to me is insane. I don't think you should be able to vote if you don't have a valid ID or some way to prove Who You Are

No one anywhere wants to stop a legal voter, but would be nice to stop illegal voters and the habit of some people casting as many as 50 votes, because they never have to show ID
