  1. Don't ever blow into a breathalyzer, I was on probation and had to go in twice a week for testing and blew hot one day multiple times and hadn't touched any alcohol at all for weeks. Blood tests taken at the same time proved I was telling the truth. As for the roadside test it's an agility test not a sobriety test.

  2. I love how they all act like nothing happens or they have a medical problem. Like no you don’t, you’re just caught drunk driving and know it and want a reason to avoid jail. In all honesty I’m sure some people legitimately do have issues that prevent them from completing the tests. But the breathalyzer, come on you can’t deny anything after taking that and seeing what that says. I don’t care if you came out of a serious surgery or not, like that’s not gonna impact that machine at all
