Because it’s not a vaccine but instead it’s an experimental gene therapy treatment. To be considered a vaccine, it must accomplish two things: (1). Must provide immunity and (2). Prevent transmission. This injection does neither and has not passed FDA guidelines but instead capitalized on being designated as a “vaccine”.
