  1. Used to hang out with some kids and smoke mother nature. Once they started doing bumps of K and ecstasy I stopped. When they snorted K they'd sit on the floor against a wall and would become bobble heads. You could not talk to them. I don't believe this dude was on K.

  2. He just wanted to be on live pd cause He was talking all sober and everything he probably just took some vitamins and said it was ketamine like this is ketamine I want to be on live PD but I’m not gonna tell you that

  3. He’s not going to fight on Ketamine if that’s what he actually took that’s going to relax him he’s going to be like sleeping somewhere or like crawling on the ground like a little baby because yeah can I mean you’re you’re not gonna be fighting anybody that’s for sure it’s a tranquilizer

  4. 0:40 “we don’t want them walking around OUR town… I mean, without medical attention, that is.”

That statement says a lot about how police view drug addicts. They see them as a problem/nuisance in the community rather than human beings that need help. Just because you have a drug problem doesn’t automatically make you a criminal. I’m glad some places in the United States are finally starting to realize this and are treating it has a public health issue instead of criminal issue, as it should be.
