This is not sometime that's new, or can be changed. Males are programmed to judge females based on looks for reproduction purposes. Obviously younger, immature boys will not be respectful about it, but it's happening everyday all over the world. To change this, you would have to reprogram human DNA for males to not select femaled based on appearance, which is nearly impossible.
