Also, DeVoss' budget makes steep cuts in other worthy programs for disabled people, public education & more while proposing a 15% pay RAISE for executives working in her department. How is this draining the swamp? Heads up: the cruelty continues as they use the courts to eliminate the Affordable Care Act. Tens of millions will lose their health care.
