  1. I have a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix I paid $3,000 for it six months ago I've only replaced three item's a battery a starter and an alternator about $300 installed by myself I was thinking about trading the Grand Prix for a 2018 Chevy Silverado with only 30000 miles and he wanted $33,000 full coverage so that'll be about $600 a month about $10,000 down after doing all the paperwork plus the tax fees remember 33 thousandths just the truck after all said and done it would have been $36,000 and I looked at him and I said no thank you..I walk right back out driving my paid 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. I bought the grand prix with a hundred and eighty-six thousand miles it has 213 thousand in 6 months. It feels nice to own car not worrying about payments what I'm trying to say is pre-owned is probably the best way to go you don't need something nice and fancy to impress the ladies.

  2. The dealer is always going to find a way to scam you new or used. And if you buy from a private seller who is flipping cars he bought an Insurance auction a bigger scam . what is the real reason that people are not buying new cars. People always buy used cars when it’s tax season and the dealer is always looking for a sucker during tax season

  3. Certified pre-owned is a SCAM. Don't bother falling for it. Only a very few car companies does that certification mean anything.

Got that type of purchase and they didn't even check the car out for issues. Just paying extra for nothing.

Just get a Reputable mechanic to check out the car. Also make sure it's coming off of a lease and get a repair history for the car.

  4. I bought a 2008 Town Car for 4 grand off Autotrader and I get a great safety rating (KBB), AM/FM, cruise control, ice cold air conditioning, 6 seats, powered leather seats, a V8 engine. If you ask me used is definitely the way to go if your a broke college student like me
