Not sure what is the difference between the side door and the back door. The back door allows wealthy parents to legitimately pay millions for legal donations and that should still be a problem when their kids don’t have the merit to get it. One is illegal, the other isn’t, but it’s still using money to side step the system. When the dust settles, that’s should be the main problem
