From the look on her face it looks like Eunsoo was daydreaming. Eunsoo was also looking down.. She was not paying attention to Mariah, as every skater should because in that moment Mariah had "the right of way". Mariah also had her head up when she was doing her edge, she probably thought Eunsoo would politely move, as all the other skaters had did. For those of you questioning why Mariah was skating so closely to the boards, programs are specifically choreographed to FILL the entire ice. Skating towards the boards is very COMMON when doing and edge or for when prepping a jump. Please do make judgements if you do not entirely understand skating and skating etiquette.

I have seen the video and it is impossible that she did not notice Lim near her when she raised her foot that hit Lim's leg. The video itself is proof enough.

It was her time to practise her routine and lin got in the way, if you watch bell's routine she does the exact move at the boarders so maybe lin should have got out the way whilst it was bells turn on the ice to practice just like the other competitors did for her.

Oh I believe it was on purpose, she cut her. That whole ice rink and all that space and your a professional ice skater, and you still ended up getting close to her and cutting her calf, rival or not that shit was on purpose, yeah there was more than one person on the ice rink but you should also be AWARE of where you are and what your surroundings are. She should apologize to her, accident or not.
Edit: I really dislike her (Mariah bell) for this as I have also done more research that she has bullied Lim, I hope there is more coverage on this to press on the matter and to have Bell Acttually apologize Directly because obviously bell sees Lim as a threat being that lim is 16 years old starting really young and is obviously very talented at such a young age and as Bell is 22 year old women who is also talented, but shit you clipped her, didn't apologize, and lost to her, Krama really is a god.

I am sick of this!!!
1. Bell was running her program which meant that she was running her program to the exact choreography that was choreographed for her
2. Bells music was running which in figure skating is an unspoken rule that when ones music is running that the ice is theres and that any other skaters must be careful and keep an eye out for the figure skater who has there music playing, so they do not get in there way, and are expected to move when the skater is coming there way
3. Bell could not have planned to injure her because she cannot make Lim be skating in a certain spot that just happens Bell is facing the other way and comes around to do an extension
4 Bell is running her program so if Lim wasn't there she would have still faced the other way and come around and make an extension in that exact spot because that is the exact spot she is directed and choreographed to make the extension
All in All this was just an accident. It is kind of Lims fault she got hit due to the fact that they are under the same coach and have probably seen each others program at least once with the music, and saying that Bells music was playing and the extension was planned were Lim stood, Lim could at least listened to the music and would have some type of understanding that Bell was going to do the extension soon in the area were she was skating, and could have at least moved out of the way. So at the end it is kind of Lims fault that she got hit due to her lack of attention of what was going on around her area. Also a little side note about the rumors of bullying I can tell you that this comment is false and probably to have the situation seem more interesting because if there was actual bullying going on with higher up skaters chances are it would have been video taped, all over the media, or there would have been another news story about that separate issue. And lastly for the bullying stuff like that gets reported to some type of figure skating federation due to rules about bullying in the figure skating society. In the end it was an accident and this news story was just a bunch of gossip. No Bell is not a monster and just deserves a break surrounding all this gossip, judgment, and hate from just a silly little accident making it bigger and giving it way more attention than it needs to have. Long story short if the employee at a drive through didn't give you the exact order you gave it doesn't mean that they are hate you, and are conspiring against you, and sure doesn't need a big huge news story because ACCIDENTS HAPPEN!!!

To the end he injured that guy he haunted very badly .
