There must be something wrong with the UK postal service and security service to identify three separate envelopes to three separate locations after they were delivered at the same time. If you can believe this highly improbable circumstance you are mentally imbalanced or unbelievably naïve. What's that about? The government will "highly likely" create another national panic and lay blame on some government boogieman.
