  1. If this dude actually is able to drive (which i highly doubt), I do understand him getting upset. Yes, he won't have to pay the ticket if he's right. But he will have to have someone take him to court, take him to the impound lot, pay the impound fee, and then be exactly where he was before……

  2. "The court is giving me the right to drive because I have to take my dog that is blind she's missing an ear, walks backwards, sleeps in the morning and stays up all night which I and my wife and my 12 kids that can't get a good night sleep, which makes them fight and to top it off my wife has just told me that her mother is coming to live with us, with us"

"Look at me, look. I know we all have hard time's. We all look for help that's why you have your dog with you, but one shouldn't bring more trouble to deal with so let's us do this call a friend to come and pick you and your dog up and you take care of the ticket then you can drive without getting pulled over, sound's good."

"Yeah, I guess, who's gonna pay for the ticket cause I ain't got any money?"

"Well, you could sell your car."

  3. Let me understand this… He's waiting on his Lawyer to draw up paperwork so he can drive? But in the meantime, he's driving and breaking the Law. That's like having a learning permit and driving a car by yourself. You just waiting to pass the test to get your license.

  4. So how did that work out, yelling at an officer? And to be crystal clear, if he had gone to his attorney, hewould have a copy of the court order from his attorney. The judge would have recommended to keep it on him at all times. Period. It isnt a debate. Either he is throwing around his weight, or he needs a new attorney. Either way, not the officers problem. It is the driver's problem.

  5. I realize I’m probably shattering every Democrat movement by saying this. The thing no one understands about police is that it isn’t about you when they pull you over. They don’t know you or quite honestly care to know you. They are enforcing the law. You may very well have a legitimate excuse or reason for why something is what it is. Handle it in court. The police officer needs to protect themselves and others. Fighting police gets you hurt/arrested/killed. Running from police gets you hurt/arrested/killed. Cooperate and follow instructions. It’s really not that difficult

  6. I get why he was stressed and frustrated. I would have called my lawyer and had him email that paperwork to me or something. Why make someone go through the trouble when he went through the court system. Being penalized for doing the right thing only produces distain. Cops are taught how to calm down individuals for a reason. It was a bad call to do that to him.
