25. Two question. 1st Was he an alcohol drinker? Second was he ever a substance user? My reason for these questions is because that place is known for lacing people drinks with drugs for decades known. I know of 3 females and 1 male who never did drugs in their lives, but became very ill on vacation down there and those lying pieces of shit said it was recreationally used by the victims. But they all were robbed assaulted and nothing was done about it either.
