Stephon beat his wife mercilessly before the shooting. Then according to the report he looked up many ways on how to commit suicide. This was suicide by cop. He takes a handful of xans, then breaks windows around his neighborhood. His wife also told him to kill himself over text

I got people on both side of the law and I'll tell you. Even if he was my brother I would still say he shouldn't be out there acting the way he did. Sorry so many things could have been done better especially his decision to go out that night and do whatever he was doing. Which in this case lead to his own death. I would not want to be a police officer nowadays. With civil unrest, I would constantly be worried about getting shot because somebody had some grudge over an incident in some other state or town. Was the shooting justified? I don't know!!! I was not there feeling the surge of fear and adrenaline in a backyard not being able to see my surroundings because it was dark. I will stick to being a citizen thank you very much.

If you read the article you can notice that Clark was having suicidal thoughts before shooting. Clark has searched ways to kill himself days prior to the shooting. Also if you watch many body camera footages across the internet it is seen that Clark (in the dark) aimed his phone more than 10ft away from cops in a gun motion. After officers engaged at Clark that conveyed a strategy for clearing the “weapon” after they cleared his “weapon” they had came to the conclusion it was not a weapon. Take the information and use it as you want however it is believed to be suicide by cop.
How about not being a criminal. Not being on drugs. Not vandalizing cars. Not running from the cops. And not adopting a shooting position. What don't people understand about this? He should not have died for being a criminal but he put himself in that position, not anybody else.

My brothers best friend works at that station-the video footage was from
another suspect on a different night… the cops used that footage to
justify murder. If he was running from the
cops, why would he stop at his grandmothers house and get on the phone?
Wouldn't he had run into his grandmothers home??? If he was really
evading the police? No. They killed the wrong guy. Period. Another black
coverup, that's why they muted the sound. Obvious. He had been in the
backyard the entire time and was startled by the cops. Plus, cops aren't
suppose to shoot people who are running away… that's cold blooded

breaking into car windows…. he always too a shortcut through his
grandmothers backyard. He wasn't running he was standing and on the
phone with his fiance'. The cops gave him 5 seconds to react before
killing him. So, he should get the death penalty for breaking a window,
which he didn't do. Why did they mute their mics for 7 minutes??? Cover
up. I bet the video footage was someone else.
