23. I've been trapped at my house for a week and a half now. I live on San Jacinto Mt. in California where the highway washed away. That part is passable now, but the dirt road to my house is gone, and the county won't fix it. They call them "private roads", but they are owned by the state and we pay taxes. I can't go anywhere, and if I get hurt or sick they won't be able to get an ambulance out here. I'm scared, running out of propane. If I die out here, no one will come check for weeks.
