  1. I will never watch Dan Abrams again after the DISGUSTING WAY he treats the guy who was a good friend of Haylana and a co worker for many years, almost dies and holds his best friend of many years does die in his arms and he called the guy basically A GOLD DIGGING CLOUT CHASER for filing a lawsuit. OMG DAN ABRAMS YOU DISGUST ME FOREVER!!!! HOW DARE YOU!!!!
    🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  2. Poor Dan. Soros/Steyer money got to him. They hate him and canceled his show but he still shills for the leftists. Unbelievable. He claimed that he loves cops but how can you love copS and hate the Law and Order president, PRESIDENT TRUMP?

  3. According to Dershowitz the 1st amendment constrains the notion that extortion occurred in this particular case because the actual threat of blackmail is under the privy of the first amendment. That's insane. That means anyone can accost another person's private moments and weaponize them for personal gain. Just like when donnie LIES AND DECEIVES he understands the media and the constitution enough that he can thoroughly make up shit and expose these LIES to the public without any ramifications.

  4. Dersowitch just said if a media company steals something and publishes it then it is protected under the 1st

    No….

  5. What's Dershowitz's position on all those state ag gag laws? He said that journalists can steal information and have cover under the first amendment?

  6. Why? Seriously, WHY?! ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, and Public Television really, REALLY need to sever their "relationships" with these clowns that clearly are not acquainted with that thing called honesty and integrity. Stop inviting Dershewitz, Giuliani, Kellyanne, any Trump family member or any of his administration, and paid spokespeople that come on TV to talk over others with lies and hypocrisy. The networks aren't presenting a balanced report or discussion, by allowing liars to be rude, disrespectful, and unpleasant to watch. I see the media is ramping up to repeat their roles to get Trump elected by giving him, his tweets, and representatives air space.

  7. Dershowitz is just like any other Trumpanzee. Dershowitz will say anything to keep that Trump cigar hidden where the sun don't shine.

  8. This wasn't an argument between 2 media outlets. AMI revealed personal information about one man and tried to extort one man threatening to reveal private salacious photos.

  9. Actually most Extortion is presented in letter form of some sort. And just because you didn't do anything about it doesn't mean it's not a crime. So Alan if you don't tell the truth and stop lying about this you will go to Hell. See that's not a threat, that's my opinion, and thanks to the First Amendment and can safely call you a Pawn in Russia's game to bring down America.

  10. Alan Dershowitz runs in the same circles as Donald Trump, David Pecker, & Jeffrey Epstein. He has zero credibility on this issue considering he may also be getting blackmailed.

  11. While Dershowitz continues to sell his soul to Trump & Russia, he should perhaps concern himself a little more with the investigation into the Epstein plea deal…

His tortured “logic” that the National Enquirer should be excused from any illegalities because they are a “news” organization is just pitiful legal analysis. It belies the fact that AMI is already being excused for committing a CRIME in exchange for cooperating! And further that cooperation agreement requires them to avoid engaging in criminal behavior.

  12. Alan is becoming serious competition to Rudy. There is absolutely no 1st amendment issue involved in this matter, this is a criminal law matter. The photos had no news value, the demand was very specific in terms of the threat and the action necessary to be undertaken. The law is as follows;
    1. A paper and a reporter can't be charged with the publication of stolen material. As per the Pentagon Papers Case. However, a reporter can be charged and convicted if he took part in the actual theft of the material. News of the World case where a reporter was convicted of hacking and deleting voicemails on a murder victims phone. The Editor was also charged with theft but was acquitted. There were never charged with PUBLICATION of the material.
2.Yes, reporters do sometimes play had ball to get an interview or secure a comment but in most cases it is pretty standard bluffing. A reporter shall not tell you what, how and where to make your comment. If a reporter insists on a comment they willn't tell you what words to use and how to comment on an issue. In this case the fools at the National Inquirer were demanding Bezos make a very specific comment in exchange for not publishing the photos. Even Fox will not force someone to issue a public statement that they are the most Fair and Balanced network on Tv.
    3. Yes political parties have launched new papers who have sometimes acted as their agents. The only difference between that and the Trump/AMI issue was that the news organisations were DISCLOSED agents of the political party and not a secretive behind the scenes agent. Law and ethics required that those papers disclose ownership and agency relationships.

  13. Slimy, grimy Jeff Bezos built his Amazon empire on the back of the Gov't. using the Post Office and now he has a multitude of Gov't contracts for his Amazon Web Services etc.  He is about to lose all of it… probably this year due to his flagrancy & irresponsibility.  Now he is trying to project these onto the National Enquirer.  Nice try Jeff… but no banana.

  14. This Alan Deustbag guy needs not go on TV. Talk about biased and complete BS. Good grief. "You dont get extortion by mail", ….Ya, okay, good point Alan. What a weird guy.

  15. With photoshopping, pictures can be made to lie so that explains all those alien pictures of years ago. Bezos must have been really angry to throw this out for everyone to see. The First Amendment has been bastardized to cover many sins and anyone who studies it and our current media can see what has happened.
