The President of the United States of America (Executive branch) has SOLE AUTHORITY over Borders, Federal buildings and military installations inside the United States. Meaning he does not need approval from Congress, Senate, Aunt B, Gomer Pyle or his Mother to build a wall. Why the BULLSHIT?
