What I want to know is, he was fatally shot. Where on his body was he shot? Was he shot multiple times? Was it ricocheted bullets that killed him? It seems really sketchy that the cops are responsible for his death and yet this kid with the fake gun is getting 100% of the blame. I get it, he tried to rob a store with a fake gun. But that doesn't change the logistics of how this guy died. How on earth do you "accidentally" shoot your own, when there is literally one "enemy" on the battlefield.
