Many of the rioters are serving "longer sentences" than their cohorts are, because they already had felony convictions before being arrested for the George Floyd riots. So much for for "uprising." All they did was "uprise" the length of their sentences.
Rewatching this, just realized that's the voice actor for Lamar Davis from GTA V actively defending the beating of Reginald Denny. That's just sad and there's no excuse for what happened to him.
