Just watched the movie Richard Jewell. Brokaw was portrayed as using very poor journalistic judgement and part of the the gang that ruined Jewells life.

It's true. I live and work around plenty of them that don't want to assimilate. I see it every day. It causes many problems. I think it's ridiculous that people call this racist. Assimilating is what most people do when they arrive in a new land. Not these people. And they bitch and complain about everything. Telling "Hispanics" to assimilate into american culture as if Hispanic culture isn't American is the most ignorant thing to say… I mean think about it is more American to be Hispanic, more so then any other adopted American culture. Just look at the evidence of most of the West and south west of the United states and read city names and states…The Spanish colonized the west (including the majority of the USA)before The English. Hispanics have actual indigenous roots to this land… But i know white (anglo-saxon) refuse to recognize it.
My child father is from Mexico and he can speak English, my son cannot speak Spanish only English…. Some lines you shouldn't cross period… My mother came here from Germany her English wasn't so good but she went to night school to learn to speak and write English better and i speak perfect English…. And yes my mom and my sons father are legal… Im very disappointed in Tom😞
