20. How can you negotiate with someone who started out by saying that he wants his wall one way or the other? A year ago he tanked the DACA discussions, so no one will trust him on that front. He also said he won't take half the money after his Vice President offered that on his behalf. You can't negotiate with a lying con man. It's time to stand up to his bully tactics.
