Costa Rica not safe
Latin America is full of violence and corruption…. Out of the top 50 most violent cities in the world, 37 of them are in Central/South America! There are no good places in Latin America and just stay away from there.

I watched a movie which based on true story awhile ago.
The man was kidnapped by radical group in Mexico and he was released alive a year after his wife paid the ransom.
I hope he would be released alive too.
