Condolences to the officers family but i do not understand why Edward Brown is being villafied because 2 grown professional law enforcememt officers did not pay attention. There is no scenario that I could imagine being caught off guard by a train while I was on a train track. Has to be more to this.

There is a recording on utube from the sun time of the audio from the cops and dispatch and metra police and it might just be me here but i think someone else was chasing after this person like another type of officer fbi dea and that the 2 cops may have seen somthing they were not suppose to and may have been coveredup saying they were hit by a train because why would the police officer in the audio chatter state specifically for only those 5 district or whatever they were called to get off the tracks why wouldnt he say tell everyone to get off the tracks. Maybe there is more to this story there is so much press covering the mourning i even saw a billboard on 290 by woodfield mall thats in memory of one of the officers that just seems like someones spending alot of money on the mourning part of this story when theres a cop who got killed few weeks in a hospital who didnt get nearly as much mourming at all somthing is off 2 cops run over by a train that the metra police stated was shut down to dispatch
