  41. Executive Order 13770 Ethics Waiver for Noel Francisco, Solicitor General of the US was made in April 2018. It was not as required, publicly posted. This order releases him from recusing himself from AG investigations where he might have oversight conflicts. The Muller Investigation is one of these conflicts.
