  11. The RAIN prevented his chopper from lifting. POTUS could have held the ceremony up by using his car along an insecure route for 30min. He chose not to. Its not rocket science people, its logistics, grow up. Any possible reason to sh=t on your own elected President, reveals more about your own mental health than anything you try to incite…
