  1. Looks like citizens under 45 years old don't give a shit about elections and neither do I , the two party system is garbage and corrupt and the only guarantee from the women in Congress is the welfare state will grow for women and men will pay for it.

  2. Considering who voted and it's 54% of the voters as they didn't think the Trump investigation is political doesn't represent the entire country. In the end of the say gerrymandering can really water down most victories, Arnold Schwarzenegger was right

  3. The engaged young voters that turnout vote Democrat overwhelmingly. The lazy young people that don't value their country enough to cone out and vote, turn into low information republican voters in middle age.

  4. "Just 13 percent of voters aged 18 to 29 participated in Tuesday's election according to exit polls–with 52 percent women, 48 percent men." Um. That is not what your data says, watch the video again.

  5. Youth vote was way up. This story is bull. As a portion of the total voting block, it was normal. But the number of voters was way up. So only 13% of the people who voted last night were youth voters, but 39% of youth voted, which is the best midterm showing in the last 25 years. You phrased your stat wrong.

  6. We don't believe in this rigged system where rich people use their money to manipulate their way in congress. As far as I'm concerned you guys can continue to destroy our country and I will just wait for a fire or earthquake and flooding to take care of this problem.

  7. voting has always been a process of large sample representing the population. There is no fact supporting more voter would shift the result tilting one end of the stick, among the people who didn't vote, the split between their cast is likely a similar spread to the ones voted.

  8. Well kids, ESPECIALLY Latino young adults, DON'T complain since most of you didn't vote. I was AMAZED when the VAST majority of you didn't vote in 2016, even AFTER Trump's HATEFUL words about, basically, ALL Mexican undocumented immigrants, I would've thought that you ALL would have gotten off your asses & made the effort (for those who aren't Republicans) to VOTE, however, CLEARLY, even THAT wasn't enough for you to get out the vote, and now this. Honestly, as a Texan, I know that there are a LOT of you who could have, & should have, voted. The fact that of ALL the eligible, young first time voters, and MORE, and for all the bitching I hear, about you know who, and the border, etc, it is disheartening, ,& frankly, disgusting, that this apathetic attitude towards the government, and persistence in, even STILL, neglecting your RIGHT to participate & perform your civic duty, is apparently something cultural, because there were ALL kinds of Latino outreach groups & voter sign up/education programs & drives for MANY MONTHS. This does NOT reflect well on the future of your community, or, consequently, the country. Get it TOGETHER, or quit making demands that your ass CAN'T, or more like WON'T, cash, because numbers don't LIE‼️ INEXCUSABLE & Unfathomable, & P.S: You cannot try to blame this on White/Anglo Americans, like your community seemingly tends to do, for practically EVERYTHING, no matter how UNFAIRLY or irrationally, this is on YOU & YOURS. You could easily have voted Beto in & Abbott & Cruz OUT, who are NOT your friends, comparatively, had just more of you g*ddamned voted…SAD & MAD.. it's obviously, hard to understand….

  9. "Just 13% of voters aged 18-29 voted" wtf are you talking about? That's such a bad way to phrase it. "Just 13% of all voters were aged 18-29" should be the description to avoid misinterpretations

  10. Maybe it's because, regardless of the amount of young people you guys try to exploit and drag across our screens on a daily basis, most people are disgusted by both parties and don't want to go around rewarding people for bad behavior. There has been a tremendous push to make sure that everybody knows just how racist and hateful the Republican Party is… while, at the same time, giving so much screen time to Democrats that they exposed themselves for the racist, hateful people that they are as well. So, what do you do when you're stuck between two racists and a hard place? NOT VOTE!

  11. Funny how millenials were supposedly the ones who put Trump in office…. but for some reason they don't show up to midterm elections…

Hmm,… you got some 'xplaining to do
