Senator Menendez please vote “No” for David Chipman. We have failed public firearm policies! The real issues are socio-economic and/or mental health. There are already over 300 million guns owned by US citizens. Without real TSA-Courthouse style security in place “gun free zones” should be banned, otherwise its a lie!
Further if it were all about “safety”, then surely the elected officials would require Eddie Eagle (or any!) gun safety program teaching children what to do if they encounter a gun 1) Stop 2) Don’t touch! 3) Run away 4) Tell a grown up ought to be taught in public schools, it’s not.
My hope is The SCOTUS does away with the fact that NY and NJ have old times STATE SPONSORED RACISM via their subjective (unequal) “may issue” scheme for lawful concealed carry it is never issue permits to Black, Hispanic or Asian citizens. “May issue” = Rich White people only.
Solution is “Shall issue” using objective (equal) standards IF any permit scheme at all, taking racism out of the equation!

The 2nd Amendment in The Bill of Rights to our US Constitution, GUARANTEES every US Citizen has a RIGHT TO KEEP (have) AND BEAR (carry) ARMS. Other wording in 2A “Militia” any able bodied male, service in a Militia is NOT a requirement, it is an Individual right (not collective), “Regulated” means equipped, in proper working order NOT gov rules “Shall not be infringed” means what it says. 14th Amendment GUARANTEES EQUALITY!!!

Bob Menendez is a creep! Governor Phil Murphy signed a bill which gives free college tuition and financial aid to 600 illegals which will take away grant and financial aid money from our own kids. This could cost the tax payers as much as 13 million dollars. Illegals before citizens, that is Murphy's law. If anything can go wrong, it will living in New Jersey with corrupt Democrats in power! Time to sell our homes and move out!
