  1. In the mean time, Biden wants to invite 2.5 million illegal immigrants into the country and
    pay for their accommodation.
Shouldn’t he be looking after the people already living in the country.
He has to find a way to secure shelter for his own people first.

  2. government has NO business interfering with a lawful contract between people who rent and people who provide rentals, completely wrong, and is backfiring in stupendous way for everyone. government stay out of it, you are doing way more harm than good, destroying the housing market.

  3. So what are the property owners suppose to do? This is how they live. You can't screw the owners by allowing people to live for free. Its ridicules .

  4. THESE SAME LANDLORDS GOT A BAILOUT. MONEY FROM THE GOVERNMENT. SO IS IT FAIR THAT THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY FROM THE RENTERS DURING A SERIOUS PANDEMIC? OPEN YOUR EYES PEOPLE THIS WAVE IS DEFINITELY WORSE THAN THE BEGINNING OF COVID. THATS WHY OTHER COUNTRIES ARE ON LOCKDOWN AND AMERICANS WANT TO CONTINUE LIKE NOTHING IS HAPPENING SMH!!!!

  5. There are some good people out there and there’s some that are milking the system insanely!
Where does it say the government has the right to commit small time landlords lords to pay for other peoples housing? It’s not only killing them financially…the stress it causes is just plain wrong! 🤨

  6. People had a year to figure something out. There was plenty of federal/state money being thrown around. Landlords don’t deserve to be the only ones getting screwed

  7. There are jobs out there. There are also many people in apartments that don't need it they just want to live rent free and take advantage of the situation…Small landlords are hurting.

  8. Jesus Christ saves from sin.
    Romans 3: 23
    For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
    Hebrews 9: 27
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
    Isaiah 64: 6
But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
    Revelation 21: 8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
    Romans 5: 8
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
    John 3: 16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
    John 14: 6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
    Romans 10: 9-10.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
    Jesus said John 5: 24
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
    1John 5: 10-13
He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
    Ephesians 2: 8-9
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.
    Romans 8: 1
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
    1 Corinthians 15: 3-4
    For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
    2 Corinthians 5: 21
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

  9. Why not just subsidize the landlords during the Pandemic to some degree. That's why they do with wealthy building owners. They have their million dollar/billion dollar properties, but in the worse neighborhoods they have to offer section 8 to a certain number of tenants and at the same time they get subsidized for public housing. It's like a trade off.

  10. "Supreme Court Blocks CDC (COVID) Eviction Moratorium" thereby motivating us, the people of America, to redouble our efforts to rapidly find out at any given moment, including even while On-Line, who among us are unwittingly contagious (i.e. pre-symptomatic or asymptomatic) in order to #ConvinceItForward for them to call their doctor and to self-quarantine per CDC guidelines in hopes of stopping this pandemic instead of having more #MourningInAmerica. Thus, we're hoping for the best while preparing for the worse-case scenario of the Alpha lineage mutations and others like the Gamma, Beta, Epsilon, Iota, Lambda & Delta lineage mutations combining to form hybrids that render current COVID vaccines no longer effective.

  11. I wonder why congress refuses to extend the moratorium in a legal and constitutional manner? Perhaps it's because their constituents find the moratorium to be deeply unpopular.

  12. About time. And, I question the 3 who voted against this ruling.

There are many landlords who are financially hurting as a result of this. I hope they can go back retroactively and collect or sue for collections.

One landlord said his tenant had not been paying rent while going out and buying a huge boat.
