  1. Are these numbers the way they are because america is racist? or are these groups just commenting more crimes? Might be a question worth asking "why are these groups commenting more crimes?". Maybe crime is glorified in these groups that have higher incarceration rates. I question the narrative that all cops are racist. I lean more toward the conclusion that they are normal human beings just trying to survive and do their, rather impossible job. They fight crime. You will have more dealings with cops the more crimes you commit. Its not really rocket science.

Mr. President Trump I would bet that if there was an award for turning in these scums it would make your $1.00 a year pay a lot more eisier.
