  1. They are both lucky that they came from functional and supportive families. In addition, they are also lucky that they found each other, in this crazy, insane world we live in where people "get their rocks off" on antagonizing, and destroying relationships/ lives ! Hang in there ! I am glad that she stopped smoking and has altered her diet ! Excellent ! Her honesty is refreshing ! 👍

  2. She developed PTSD from that plane ride. Poor dear was afraid for her life, and didn't realize how that one incident traumatized her brain and how it got stuck in a survival fight-or-flight loop.

People often think you have to go to war, survive a horrific car accident or violent attack, or even a natural disaster in order to develop PTSD, but that is not the way the brain works, and especially not if someone has suffered previous traumas (like watch video of the Twin Towers come down on 9/11, or seeing those horrible snuff videos of George Flloyd being killed, over and over again on the news).

Any time you perceive that your life is threatened…or in serious danger…or you are forced to see someone else's life ended or threatened…even a total stranger…it traumatizes you brain (unless your a psychopath….they have a different type of brain function/structure).

PTSD can make you look in the mirror and NOT recognize the person you see in the reflection. It can turn your life upside down and you can become a hermit…or end up homeless…or become addicted to a substance (just to try to feel normal). PTSD changes EVERYTHING.

  3. Bündshen is another fallen angel, supermodels mean a tall skinny men with feminization surgeries. Never gave birth with those narrow hips, with wider backliner shoulders than Tom.

  4. 14 years old is too young for leaving the house. You still need the parents, even if you can pay your checks, you may not be ready psicologicaly to be separated from them.

  5. For those eho strugle now :
    1. You can't have controll of everything.
    2. It is ok to be /feel not ok. To say NO sometimes…. to not smiling ,being joyfull, fun all the time.
    3. People will judge you anyway. Even if you are a topmodel or the best doctor ever lived . But. It is about them, not you.
    4. Listen to yourself. Your emotions, your body. Before it shouts to you HELP by panic attacks .
    5. When you have them, remmember…if you had the power to get you into this, you already have the power to get you out of it. It is still you.
    6. Seek help. Talk about it. It takes so much energy to pretend, everyrhing is ok.
Look for the nature, woods, water, fireplace. No junk food. No sugar. Lots of sleep ..good one. Less social media possible.
Too much information. Useless information. Go inside yourself. That problem. Look for the trigger. Stay with it,don't run. Often once you pass it iis not that scary at all.
Breath…sing…do the exercised. It is all connected…food, hormones, nerv.sistem.
I did it ,you can do it!!!!
You are a miracle of nature/God. The only one of a kind. Every ant has a reason to be here..and a purpose. Immagine -you!!!
