22. whats upsetting that the Southwest airlines are not wanting to work with me. I want to cancel but also receive a refund or credit but they are not wanting to work with me. I can cancel but will lose out the money I already paid. I want to postpone but the Governor should be talking also with the airlines to do a full refund to its customers.
