Polygamy is misogyny
I fell like one of the only televised polygamy groups that aren’t like a cult are the sister wives. Because they don’t force their kids that polygamy is the only choice.
Sweet Home Alabama?
When people think polygamy, majority if not every time people think man with multiple wives. Polygamy in itself suppresses and degrades women. Children are born to these families that aren't reported to the government, which allows them to also force child labor and abuse. Not to mention families like these can collect assistance because they arent legally married, meaning they are "single" moms. It's disgusting. Polygamy and FLDS is not religious, they are a cult that promotes abuse. PERIOD

I was in Colorado city at last year for business trip..I didn't know that area was where the most FLDS members are live in…
Now i recognize why the people didn't want to talk to me..at that time…
