    It's sad for the kid, it it doesn't matter how old you are, nor does it matter why the person has become a threat.
    After she hit the cop, not only were the police justified in shooting her, if they had not shot her and she hurt someone else, the cops would be responsible for that.
    That said, I don't imagine being forced to kill a child would be something someone could live with.

This girl broke the law & she ran over a police officer. She could of hurt other people by getting behind that wheel! They didn't treat her any different than anyone else. 20. I can't be sure who called the police. If it was someone that knew who was behind the wheel, I wonder if they stated she's only 12. In that case the police would have known too.
