Maybe if he had of pulled the gun and fired immediately instead of aiming. He shot to kill no doubt about it. Regardless the confrontation was over when the gun came out, there was no reason to shoot.
Were the people ever fined for illegally parking?
If I ever flip out and push someone as hard as I can I would fully expect I would be shot by them if they had a gun. If I survived I would tell them that I understand why they shot me.

No issues here. The wife Is responsible for the death.. Notice she gets out of the car as her dead man is coming to the car. The man then grew a sack and assulted a man that didnt hesitate to defend himself

I agree that he should be charged. However, I caution people not to initiate anything physical with people. Keep your hands to yourself and don't push people. Poor guy would still be alive if he didn't push the other man.
Sorry but if you push someone to the ground so violently you should count on the worst specially if you live or are in the USA, almost everyone can carry a gun in the USA, so you have to be very careful the way you talk or treat others.
If anything the illegally parked individual should have taken responsibility of his unlawful handicapped parking and told the concerned law abiding gentleman:
"Hey thanks for that "heads up". Yes I know I shouldn't be parking there. I have no excuse. I'll try to not do that anymore not on the account of you but because it's the law. Thanks again sir we're on our way."

Usa is the worst country in the world , where almost everyone is carrying a gun , don’t blame drejka, blame the law maker who put the gun in that pocket. If drejka didn’t have that gun , he wouldn’t be arguing with that lady, United States needs to take back its guns from the civilians , every month there is a shooting in a school in USA , it’s unheard of in any other country . Pass a bill where a civilian cannot buy or posses a gun , because once u have a gun you will use it to solve any or all of your problems with it.drejkas male ego got hurt in front of the woman, when a man bigger than him threw him away , because of which he drew his gun and shot the unarmed man .
